Find a suitable time and place for your workout.
Before starting with a workout, do a light warm-up: 5-10 minute of a brisk walk, jumping rope, or "jumping jacks" should do it.
How to Do a Jumping Jack
- Stand upright with your legs together, arms at your sides.
- Bend your knees slightly, and jump into the air.
- As you jump, spread your legs to be about shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms out and over your head.
- Jump back to starting position.
You don't need any equipment for the workout, but we recommend using a yoga mat for a more comfortable performance.
